They are simply the best the area has to offer! The nursing staff is hit or miss...had some issues with major delays in receiving medication and needed to complain in order to get what I needed, but people don't come here for the nurses. They come for the therapy, and the therapists go the extra mile to really ensure you have a treatment plan that works for you. I am now continuing to see their outpatient physical and occupational therapists, and again, they are outstanding. AND...now as an outpatient, I get to use the pool for therapy! Couldn't be more pleased.

No instruction, reminder of how many reps or how long to hold the stretch. I waited to see how long it would take him to come back to me...7 minutes went by as I watched him with his other patients, no problem...then he's walking back and forth, one time even checking the temp in the facility because someone said it was hot. I get it but not one time did he check to see how I was doing...Hey, RON, get a clue about a patient, especially when I told you at the beginning I forget and won't remember the exercises, reps, how long to hold it. My time is as valuable as his and I got up, pissed. He asked where I was going, "back to work." He asked what he did, I told him that he assumed I remembered what to do. I said I watched him walk back and forth by me. I cancelled the rest of my appts. on the way out. I'm sure if I really need PT, I can find a much better facility!!! Don't bother going here.
