They were friendly, professional, and educated me on different darkness and what is available. Quick, accurate, great workmanship. I already referred my other friends to check them out. I was quoted a price prior but they offered me a more competitive price and I had to take it plus they were kind enough to get my car wash. Whoa!? 5 stars? Too bad Yelp doesn't offer a 6 star review because they offered me 6 star service.

Ben was quick to respond to my message and bonus points because he literally came to us so all we had to do was hand over our keys and let him work his magic! & let me tell you... he made the impossible POSSIBLE by bringing my baby, Goldilocks, back to life! She was super musty, dusty, and crusty. Car washes and vacuuming just weren't giving me that "clean" feeling anymore. I felt icky just driving her around. Now, I could literally kiss her from hood to bumper lol jk but that's how pristine she is! First time ever getting my car detailed and Ben's work did not disappoint! If you want someone who will go above and beyond, Ben's your guy!

I mentioned that I had a camera mount attached to the glass and was told that that would not be an issue. The service was uneventful and when I got home and tried to mount the camera, the base was just hanging by a thread of tape. A couple of days later I returned to the shop (as the fellow at the computer said, "that for any issues just come back"), and the attitude was totally different. I expected him to just give me a 2" piece of tape so I could re mount the base, and instead he just kept looking at his computer screen (no typing, no earphone talk). After 5 minutes he told me just to have a seat, he only had 2 installers in the back and did not want to disturb them. I waited another 15 minutes and feeling unattended and truly disrespected left the shop. He had no other customer to help, and the only other customer there was just waiting (he had already been attended by the other front desk employee). Total disregard for a minimum of customer service. The glass appears to be well placed, but in reading other reviews of this shop, will have to wait for a good rain to comment on quality.
