Well when I got there I realised that you had to be a member or pay a pretty heft greens fee, well at least to a student it seemed hefty! Moving away from this minor issue, you can find yourself a beautiful golf course with a lovely members club, this is one of those real and true society locations.

My son loves coming here, it's nice and close to the station and Tesco so we go on the train. He has a great time climbing, swinging and throwing balls around. The play equipment is not very well supervised, so you need to keep an eye on what's going on. There's a cafe which serves good meals and watery coffee which you can consume while the kids play. The toilets are good, clean and tidy.

Eleveden in Thetford Forest was great as it's flat so the best place for children's bikes and pushing pushchairs - compare to centre Pacrcs at Longleat which is beautiful and brilliant but so, so hilly! So Centre Parcs is a family holiday park based in the middle of a forest with a giant leisure pool at the centre along with a sports centre, spa, water facilities and access to practically every sport you could wish for. A mixture of restaurants and bars are dotted around the place and a lake offers a mix of water sports. There is a fairly expensive supermarket with some local produce - we normally take food with us, For your money you get a detached villa, rather cleverly designed so you have your own private space - they are mostly modern and well equipped, with good kitchens and plenty of space and free access to the pool. Separate review for that...... Expensive during school holidays but out of season you can get some great mid week deals. A must to visit for the pool and slide alone - everything else is a bonus. With kids or with friends and family a great place to have a lot of fun.

Personal training, fitness studio, fitness classes, an olympic size swimming pool, racket ball, karate for kids, water aerobics, a cafe' with beer that is served by the tap and fine wines to choose from and yummy food, I'm sure there is more, but this is what I rattled off at the top of my head. My membership that contains all these amenities costs me £35 a month. They have a strict cancellation policy in regards to their classes, if you don't cancel within a 24 hour period you get charged for the full price of the class and the spot that you reserved because people are breathing down the back of your neck to get the next slot and that penalty is £5.50 I believe but don't quote me. Service with a smile, I can't complain! The fitness instructors are also VERY easy on the eyes.
