I came across Arlyn via recommendation of a neighbor and reached out to help with some paver work under my garbage cans as well as the beginning of a paved path back from the house to the back gate. The work was wonderful! Looks great, sturdy and done with care given to the details that mark a team that knows what they are doing and a long background of experience. This year, I began to notice that the brickwork around my house was failing - leaving sink holes and trip hazards. Rather than continue out the back with the path, I asked if they would be able to reset the brick surround to prevent water and associated issues. They did - and it looks incredible!!!! We already are looking at next year to get back to the pathway. I have absolute confidence in Arlyn and his team. They are professional, courteous, prompt and efficient and the quality of their work is absolutely top drawer. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

EXCELLENT JOB. I will refer him to anyone, in a heartbeat.

The quality of service was good but I wouldn't say great. It was rather disappointing that some areas were missed or omitted, and I had to reach out to request they reinsert the down spouting into the gutter. It's understandable that it was displaced during the gutter cleaning & power washing, however I don't feel that this was something I would've had to request be done. Additionally, I requested an outdoor storage shed be powerwashed & only the sides were done. I was later advised that the roof would be an additional charge. There seemed to be little regards to customer satisfaction in my experience. I would recommend ensuring such before considering a job "completed".

Initially, I called another construction outfit, and after telling me they could do the job, and after many delays, they later said the job was too small for them. Then I came across Biilt. Biilt, took the job, and I couldn't be happier. During their inspection it was discovered that there was some rotted wood to the original overhang. The house is old, really old, so this didn't come as a surprise. The Biilt crew was able rebuild the entire overhang and at a reasonable price. Construction, roofing, even clean up, they did it all, and their staff were polite and willing to work with me though the project. Cody, Aaron and the rest of the Biilt team did a fantastic job. The deck and overhang look great now and will probably outlast the rest of the house. Solid professional construction. In the future, my first call for quality construction needs, will be to Biilt. And I'm sure they can do the same for you.

We had a master suite added on, including laundry, closet space, and a full bath. First and foremost - they were on budget and on time FOR EVERYTHING. I had heard so many horror stories from friends who had contract work done, and I was shocked at how smoothly everything went and how responsive everyone at BiiLT was. There of course were issues. There always are - but Brent was always there to walk us through what was going on and ensure things didn't get off pace. Were I to do any work like this again - I would call them first without looking anywhere else. We even had issues with a neighbor who was just a pain during the process. Brent intervened and just handled everything. And the addition? My only regret is not doing it sooner. It is beautiful. I love my new master suite. I have never had the opportunity to live in new construction, and 4 months into living in this room, I still love it!
