The drive-thru is almost…read morealways backed up ~7-10 cars deep, and once you finally reach the window everything moves at a crawl. Techs seem to change constantly, and several don't recognize medications by their generic names--so I've been told "no prescription on file" when I'm literally asking for a refill that I already requested and was told would be ready. The attitude can be curt, and simple pickups turn into long waits. At this point I just want the bag handed over and Express Pay charged so everyone can move on. I want to support a local business, but this experience is pushing me toward a "set it and forget it" delivery option like Amazon.

Different States have different laws about CBD. So where you purchase your products and the…read moreeducation of those from whom you're purchasing is as important as the product you choose to purchase. I relocated to Alabama, and found this gem of a store. I told the salesperson what I was looking for, she asked if I worked in an industry where any amount of THC in a product was a concern...stop right there...I was impressed. She was knowledgeable about what could be found in products sold in AL and understood the products they sell. I purchased my full spectrum topical cream, which she allowed me to sample, and walked through the store to see there is a wide variety of items with hemp and or CBD. In conversation I also learned they are very active in the community. If you are looking for tinctures, topicals or edibles this is where to go in the Tuscaloosa area.

There are usually about 4 people working in the pharmacy. The one older lady with blonde-ish gray hair is an absolute nightmare. I have NEVER encountered somebody so rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and off-putting in my entire life. She has hung up on me and my mother multiple times, even after we've been waiting on hold for 30+ minutes. She WON'T look up to see if your medicines are ready, and she hides her name tag. I've had other employees call me to apologize for her mistakes. My doctor's office even has problems with her and CVS trying to get prior authorizations, etc. A younger female named Allyson was super helpful, kind, and professional. I was really thankful for her.
