Don't waste your time and gas like I did! Doors locked during opening hours. Great way to frustrate and lose customers

Newsflash - gone are the days when you were the only game in town. Competition is here and customers - at least this level of customer - buy based on two very basic tenants. First, do you have what I want to buy in stock? Ever? Hey, things happen, I get that. So I can deal with you being out of stock a couple of times, but by the third or fourth time when you don't have *any* of my desired items in stock, what's the point? The good news is COMPETITION HAS ARRIVED. Praise market capitalism. Now that I've realized there are at least five other vape shops within a few miles there's no need to bother with your store anymore. Unless ... and this brings me to point two: customer service. Customers will develop brand loyalty or pay for the benefit of customer service when it is beneficial, helpful, and a pleasant shopping experience. (Leaving me actually happy that I spent $400 at your store is the unattainable platinum level of customer service/experience usually only attainable by The Red Circle Store.) But alas, this joint doesn't even reach the wood level of customer service. I've spent a lot here every month for several years, so I can say with a high degree of confidence that that hiring, and customer service, has reached rock bottom. Look, I don't care if your employees are always higher than a kite so long as they are willing to, oh I don't know, sell your products. But the employees - particularly new hires of late - act spacey, annoyed, or affirmatively unhelpful. Today's woman was irritated, rude, and outright hostile. So I'm out. Turns out theres a great vape shop just off the Maple Grove Pkwy exit which understands business fundamentals: they were extremely friendly, helpful, and more than happy to have a new steady customer. And they had ALL of my stuff in stock. Ain't market capitalism grand?
