Apparently combo does not mean a side and a drink. The price for 3 cookies was listed as 4.80 on the desert menu however when I received the order with the combo I only got 1 cookie. The price for the combo is absolutely ridiculous. 1 cookie, 1 brownie or 1 bag of chips for $4.80. No thanks. Lesson learned. Will never eat there again which is fine because in addition to the high price of 1 cookie, I asked for no onion and my sub tasted of onions ( the second sub I ordered from them also was supposed to be onion free and also tasted of onion) and it just was NOT good. So many other options for subs in Erie and I will most definitely be ordering from them instead of firehouse subs.

I am glad I did. I knew that there were not as many jewelry cases in here, but it doesn't hurt to look. I walked in and made my way to the cases. An associate saw me at the case and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was in need of and he spent the next ten minutes or so helping find a replacement that could hold me over. He scoured his cases looking for the right gauge and knowing that I didn't need to spend a fortune found me something to help the situation. He went above and beyond to help me out. After finding the earring I browsed the store to see if anything else would catch my fancy. A few things did and I made my way towards the register. The register area was the only hold up. It was weird how they make you flow down the center aisle of the store, but it worked. Made my purchase and headed out the door.

I am very disappointed with the service I received…read more I was given a service window of 8:00-9:00 AM, but the technicians did not arrive until 11:30 AM. During that time, there was no way to reach anyone directly by phone--only voicemail--and my messages were not returned. When the technicians finally arrived, they failed to add the necessary DE (earth) to my filter, which led to additional problems, including issues with my heater and an overheating pump. Because of the lack of communication, follow-up, and support, I had no choice but to contact another pool service company. They responded immediately, took the time to diagnose the problem properly, explained everything that was happening, and resolved the issue quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Not recommended
