I hired Trusted Translations to provide certified translations for legal/consular use. Their work…read morewas not just sloppy, and it was disqualifying. They altered my legal name on the translation. A consulate will immediately reject a document with an incorrect name, which is exactly what happened. I gave them a second chance, re-submitted my originals, and made it clear that the name must match letter by letter. They still returned documents with errors and inconsistencies. A "certified" translation that changes your legal name is worthless and shows zero quality control. Customer service was equally disappointing! Template replies, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the mistake, no working solution, and no refund despite it being their error. Why this matters: * Legal names must be exact for visas, immigration, and consular documents. * Their mistakes cost me time, money, and put my official process at risk. * Accuracy should be the bare minimum. In all seriousness Trusted Translations cannot be trusted with critical legal translations. If you need certified translations for official purposes, avoid this company.
