I felt bad that they were being dragged through the mud so badly. They were doing their best to respond to comments to set the record straight, but it was just getting out of hand. So I reached out and booked them in for a couple of bathroom and kitchen deep cleans. They sent Alara and I'm so glad! Alara was very thorough and most importantly, non-judgemental. I hired this company for bi weekly cleaning. The first visit went fine, but the second appointment…read morewas a complete no show, despite the company sending me an automated reminder the day before. There was no cancellation, no communication, and no response to my text or email afterward to offer an apology or explanation. This was particularly concerning because she had been given keys to my home and a building access fob. After receiving no response, I cancelled the service and had to pay $150 to have my unit door lock reset and another $50 to deactivate the building fob in order to secure my home because she wouldn't respond to my request to return my keys. Another issue that raised concerns for me was that she introduced herself at my home as "Lauren." However, online she appears to use the name "Kortney Loren" (sometimes she spells it "Courtney"), and public records for a charity filing list her proper spelling as Courtnee. The use of multiple different names added to my discomfort once communication stopped and my keys had not been returned. Reliability and communication are extremely important when allowing someone access to your home. Unfortunately, this experience showed neither. The 5 star review from 3 years ago from Haley, that's her sister. There 2 more 5 star reviews that are hidden, one is from the owner (Courtnee) the other is from her brother in law.
