Had a fantastic meal here. I'm not a great fan of the interior, it looks a bit of a mess of styles but when the food came, there were absolutely no complaints.
The soup of Jerusalem artichokes was delicious, although it could have been a bit warmer, maybe due to to the unusual serving method. The combination of flavours was amazing.
My colleague's mixed grill was very popular, he believed he was eating some types of meat for the first time, but it was just the standard of cooking.
My venison was truly fantastic, probably the best thing I have eaten in 10 years. The vegetables gave the impression that each piece had been looked after by a separate chef to bring them to that level of perfection. I have never seen such a difference between the outside of meat (very well done) and the inside (rare).
