Such a great wedding product and experience. As a career DJ and entertainer, I have worked with…read morecountless photographers over the decades, so when it came time for my own wedding, I went to my top choices of photographers to see what they had to offer and ultimately, determine what fit us best. Criteria included engagement photos, enough time to cover the wedding day, a personality that fit ours and what packages included. I had met Kevin DJing various events going back to 2006, so I knew personality was good for me in my book and wanted my fiancée to approve as well. We felt that Kevin has the perfect mix of creativity, value, flexibility, and a package that was exactly what we needed. Both my fiancée and I are not exactly photogenic; especially me! I explained my concerns to Kevin about feeling uncomfortable and awkward doing odd poses and the like. He assured me that if I didn't feel comfortable, we could change things and also took into account what our ideas were and what we saw in photos we didn't like as well. I can honestly say he had me relaxed and having fun which was very apparent when he caught my fiancée and I laughing or goofing around and he would get the perfect candid shot without us knowing. He is always ready for that moment! One item I really learned from this experience being on the other side of the wedding market was how important it is for you to have the same photographer shoot your engagement photos as wedding day. Kevin suggested St. Peters Village based on our preferences for an engagement shoot. My fiancée and I choose vibrant colors for attire as the backdrop was fall foliage. Amazing outcome. The raw photos looked great and the engagement book was phenomenal. My family was shocked how I looked (I tend to look nervous in photos) and how Kevin used lighting, angles, and focus to create amazing shots. Since Kevin was able to practice with us at engagement, when it came time for the wedding, he had a great starting point and was able to hone in securing the best shots. For our actual wedding book, we chose roughly forty photos. I can best describe Kevin's skill this way: Our photos were great but essentially forty mixed up puzzle pieces. Kevin arranged them artistically in the book into a big picture that told the story of our perfect wedding day. The wedding industry is truly an industry where you get what you pay for and Kevin is on point and top of the game. Once you meet with him or speak with him over the phone, you will see he has the vibe you will want at your wedding. Work with him and your memories will be preserved for a lifetime. The best part of paging through the end product is seeing all the nuances you missed on your wedding day as it's so hectic. My wife, family, and I were smiling and laughing the whole time! I was so pleased, I just hired Kevin back for newborn photos of my son. Super impressive job there too!

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ than Johnny--he absolutely crushed it at our wedding! From…read morestart to finish, he brought such great energy and did an amazing job reading the crowd and keeping everyone on the dance floor. Leading up to the wedding, Johnny met with us a few times and really took the time to understand our music taste and the vibe we wanted to create. He asked thoughtful questions about our genre and artist preferences, what we wanted played during dinner, how to handle the key moments and peak dance hours, and even made sure to go over our "do not play" list. We walked away from those meetings feeling completely confident that we were aligned--and it truly showed on the big day. We had so many guests come up to us during and after the wedding asking where we found him and complimenting how great he was. He created such a fun, seamless experience for everyone, and we're so grateful. Highly recommend Johnny if you want a DJ who is professional, attentive, and knows how to throw an unforgettable party!

He was very friendly and cracked jokes the whole time which made it very easy, fun, and comfortable to model for him. I love his moody editing style and I'm SO happy with my gallery. His personality really shines through in his work and if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

We initially selected Mike Allebach of Allebach Photography to take some photos of us for our 20th…read moreanniversary with the thought that we would have a beautiful framed photo as a result. What we envisioned and what we ended up with was literally a million-fold better - and that is not an exaggeration. Mike spoke with each of us separately prior to the shoot and then we set a time and date for the shoot. Mike suggested the Philadelphia Art Museum during the 'golden hour' at the end of the day. I cannot even begin to tell you what a fantastic time we had with Mike and the actual shoot was an amazing experience full of fun and laughter. The photos were taken all around the Art Museum and Schuylkill River area and while it was a busy crowded day; Mike managed to frame the shots so it looked as if we were the only one there. Many have asked if we cleared the area for our photoshoot because of Mike's skillful photography. The resulting images were also amazing and instead of one framed photo, we ended up with a beautiful 6 foot collage of photos printed on metal that is now a prominent art installation in our home. We also ended up choosing fifty (50) - yes, FIFTY - of the images Mike shot that day for our collection. Mike absolutely did a fantastic job and created amazing works of art out of two ordinary people who have been together for twenty years. Everyone who sees the photos and knows us always says that the photos are "absolutely you guys". I should mention that we are a gay male couple and Mike was very comfortable with us as we were with him; he is very easy to work with and truly one of the most laid back photographers I have known - and I have known many. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mike Allebach to any straight, gay, trans-gendered or any other flavor of person for any photos they may want from boudoir to personal to professional. He is truly an amazing and gifted artist/photographer.

My fiancé and I were very happy with our engagement session shoot with Emcee Studio Photographie…read more Minh our photographer was an absolutely pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was very professional and courteous through all our interactions in planning the shoot through emails and during our session. I will say if you want someone to go above and beyond, then Emcee Studio is the best choice. Washington DC has a wide array of places to shoot but many of those have rules and regulations. Minh did I can't imagine how many hours of research to help pick options for us and made it much easier. She is very flexible in making the best package work for us and open to ideas. During the shoot she was very creative with her style and moments which is why we choose her. I can say after looking through hundreds (not kidding) of photographers, she has one of the most unique styles. You will get photos that look beautiful yet so natural which is hard to find. There was very little stress on my fiancé and I throughout this whole process. She was on time, laid out the plan, and just overall very easy to work with. I think one of the most important things is just getting along and making it an enjoyable experience. With tons of things to worry about with a wedding, we are happy to know we can trust Minh fully to get the job done well. We are excited for her to shoot our wedding and can't wait!

She got some great photos without being too in people's faces. She handled the hectic day like a pro and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I love the sneak peeks she offers and I cannot WAIT to see the final product! I would highly recommend Minh to any newly engaged couples in the DC metro area.
