I used the currency exchange inside the arrivals area at Mexico International airport. and only later found out that the exchange rate was 30% lower than the international spot rate offered by Visa through ATMs. I get that these places have lower rates because of their location, but 30% is robbery. I asked the cashier how competitive their rates were too, but they stretched the truth that they were really competitive. Don't use then, take money out at the ATM just after customs or use a bank in town. I ended up using my credit card during my trip. read more

This company are crooks! What everyone else is saying is true! They charge you a 47.00 fee without telling you. They short change you on the exchange rate. You can only get a refund if you present all the money they gave you which they don't tell you until after you call and complain. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! PLEASE DON'T! read more

They are the worse scammers ever. Their rates are the lowest ever. Today I exchanged $300 at Cabo's airport and later I realized the rate was at least $4 mex pesos lower than everywhere else in Cabos. It looks everybody knew that but me for what I heard around the city. read more

Rip off, told me there were absolutely no fees, and charged me an additional 47 dollars to exchange money off of my debit card. I told my girlfriend something didn't feel right when they recommended I get more money than I initially requested, and I knew I was right when the transaction posted to my bank. Rip 0ff! I gave them a $100 US dollars and they were suppose to give me 1900 something pesos. They only gave me 1508.70 peso. I ask the guy is there a charge for exchange and he said No. So basically he gave me like $77 of my money back and tool 23 dollars of it. Wtf! How are they even allowed to be in the airport. Hi, I'd like to complain about a change operation I did in one of the Globo Cambio exchange counters. It was the 2018/11/05 in the hotel Presidente, Ventanilla 01. I changed Euros in MXN and the employee gave me a rate at 18.79 MXN for 1€. I noticed that the normal rate, everywhere in Cancun was at least 21 MXN for 1€ and sometimes more than 22 MXN for 1€.
