I woke up with neck pain, which usually goes away by the next day. However, this time it lingered for two weeks, and the pain felt so intense that I thought I might have fractured something. I decided to ask a friend for recommendations. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I found it easy to set up an appointment through Dr. Sarah's website. I left notes detailing my symptoms, but the only downside was that the next available appointment was in three to four weeks. Given the intensity of my pain at the time, I considered looking for another option. However, Dr. Sarah reached out to me shortly after I submitted my appointment request. She asked one of her regular clients if they could reschedule to accommodate me, which allowed me to come in the following week. Fast forward another week, and while my neck is still sore when I wake up, I would say the pain is now about half of what it was before. The clinic is cozy and clean, and Dr. Sarah made me feel right at home and welcomed. I wasn't sure what to expect from a chiropractor, but I definitely left feeling better than before--perhaps a little more loosened up. While I can't compare her to others, I will certainly recommend Dr. Sarah to my friends and family. read more

Today was my first visit and I'm impressed! I've been to several Chiropractors in my life and some were good and others were meh. What impressed me was how different Dr. Sarah's treatment was! She spent a lot of time getting to know me, my routines, aches and pains and overall lifestyle before doing any adjustments. She actually listens!!! I'm used to just filling out a form with a crack here and a crack there, maybe with some TENS before the adjustment and see you next week. Dr. Sarah took her time with the adjustment and was very thorough and thoughtful with the areas she adjusted. She actually felt her way around when doing the adjustment versus the ones that are like "this looks like a good spot......CRRAAAACCCKKKK" that some others do. I also really appreciate that she did Gua Sha before the adjustment. I love the incorporation of other therapies. She also gave great advice on at home/work exercises and how to better my techniques on the ones I'm already doing. Her office is very clean and comfortable. The way the office is decorated is nice and pleasant to be in. Not like some of the others that are BORING and dingy looking. Her office has personality with a pretty epic view. Located in the Goldbond building across Salt Kakaako. There's a parking structure and street parking. The building is clean and secure so you shouldn't have to worry about weirdo's. Dr Sarah has been my chiropractor for a few years now. She remembers my chronic issues everytime I go in and asks if I have had any recent issues, then works on both. She will always recommend adjustments to my posture, massage and stretching positions at home to help with my issues. Sometimes I feel like I'm catching up with a friend every time I go! Never been to a chiropractor and Dr. Sarah made the entire process very easy. I did some research on my insurance website (Kaiser via American Specialty Health) and was contacted via text same day from Dr. Sarah. She provided her availability and did the COVID questionnaire via text which was simple and efficient. She even sped up the insurance process via texting and was able to provide an estimated co-pay prior to service. All details to the location of the office & discounted parking (if cash is paid in her office vs the booth upon exit) were provided in the first contact. I was impressed to say the least cause she answered a lot of questions before I could ask! Sadly I needed to reschedule my first visit and she was considerate and promptly responded with her availability to reschedule. Reminder text was sent the day prior to my appointment which gave two contact numbers in the event I needed to modify. Day of, I got a text in the morning to confirm once again. As this was my first experience with a chiropractor I didn't really know what to expect. The office is very quaint and has one therapy room with a comfortable waiting area upon entry. The initial paper work was ready and sitting on the desk for me to fill out and provided great opportunity to review why I was there. Once she completed with the prior patient she brought me back and talked through my intake form and asked a lot of questions. Questions I wouldn't have thought to make an impact and I felt she was very detailed. The process took about an hour and I honestly was scared to death about any cracking as I do not currently do anything on my own and just think horrible things will happen. She kept the conversation interesting which helped to distract and relax my mind from the process she was doing. Before each adjustment she would let me know what was going to happen so I wasn't shocked. I enjoyed hearing her story and how she really wants to improve others based on her own experiences. This really helped me relax as she wasn't just in it for the title/salary and was genuine in her desire to help others. She provided a few follow up tasks for me to add into my current routine to help and scheduled a follow up for the following week. When I walked out of the office my neck and shoulders were so relaxed...I can't recall the last time I have had this feeling. I didn't even know I was that tight! The proceeding week everything felt fine and I was looking forward to my next visit. 2nd visit was today and Dr. Sarah was again a delight to see and made the process so easy. She was polite and didn't get agitated when I told her I didn't stretch as often as I should and just recommended for me to increase to get the full benefit. This review is for Dr. Sarah Padrutt, who has recently taken over as the main chiropractor at this clinic. My old chiropractor moved away a few years ago, so I haven't had regular adjustments. I've bounced around a couple offices using Groupon offerings, but didn't have a satisfactory feeling like I used to, so I stopped searching. Fast forward to a few months ago. My neck was killing me and was getting progressively worse. I was preparing to go on a 2 week trip, so I needed something done.
