I also bought goods where the vendor uses Global Blue program for their VAT refund, so I went to this counter too.
This process was a little bit different than Planet as you need to take a number first and then be called to get processed. I can see this being a busy counter, but since I had an early departure, I was the first person to show up at the counter.
Again, very similar process as Planet, but make sure when you purchase your items that you tell the cashier your plans on a VAT refund. I did this at a souvenir shop and the cashier knew the process well, she also printed out another receipt where she signed off on the receipt, so this is different than Planet's process. Another guy came after me and was being helped at the counter next to me and the woman helping him said she couldn't do the VAT refund without that signed receipt. So make sure you get this as Global Blue doesn't have a sticker process but a printed receipt requiring someone at the store to sign it.
After that, everything else is similar as Planet's process, attendant will ask to see your passport and itinerary/boarding pass, and will also ask for your credit card where you want payment. She also asked to see items purchased.
Process was simple and easy and took less than 10 minutes.
Definitely a good program for tourists and foreigners visiting Denmark and other European countries. read more
