I somewhat surprised that the trains no longer stop at this station, considering that this town is actually pretty famous, even if it is because it happened to be the capture site of an Australian revolutionary (though the history books paint him as a bush ranger). Actually, I could probably talk quite a lot about Ned Kelly, but I won't because this is a review of the railway station, which is closed. However, it is still a part of the open air museum that happens to the be town, namely because it was quite important in Ned Kelly's capture. read more
