Freddie came out to the house and measured everything. After doing some calculations, he told us how much fabric we needed and quoted us $700 for the job and made me sign a piece of paper in agreement. He took a picture of that signed agreement and left. After purchasing the fabric, I reached out to Freddie to set up a date and time to come pick up the fabric and mattress. At that time he told me that he had to re-quote the job. That $700 was not enough. I've called back twice and have not heard back from him. So, not sure what happened, but $700 was already a lot of money for us and if that was not going to be enough, he should've told us from the beginning. Unfortunately, I will not be using new life upholstery again.

Robert came over and removed the ottoman top(which he took to his shop), and within a week we had our ottoman looking like new...and on the day before Thanksgiving(!); which was the day Robert had promised to have the job completed.
