There was plenty of communication about when our job would start, how long it would take, etc. Chris paid attention to coverage and came back to inspect and touch up areas so the coat was even. Hired to clean an already reasonably clean rental we were moving into. My wife had arranged the…read morecleaning and the price was to be $375 and that it may go up slightly from that. When the owner of Sunshine viewed the house she immediately raised the price to $550. $550 from $375 is more than going up slightly. I was stuck - we needed to start moving that weekend and there was no time to arrange another cleaner. The only thing extra I asked for was for her to vacuum and wash the garage floor. All the bathroom mirrors were left streaky and a few days later I was standing at the stove and noticed the control panel was completely dirty. If it shows up in a photograph - you know it is much filthier in person. Considering the price was raised by almost 50%, I would have expected perfection. And this job was far from that. Certainly not a company I would recommend or ever use again.

They did clean my wife's shower and bathtub, but when they wiped down the glass shower door and the back door leading to the patio, a film remained on both surfaces. Additionally, a film residue was left on the stove top after their cleaning, and they failed to clean the second bathtub in the main bathroom. They also did not dust the surfaces in the living room, although one team member did dust the ceiling vents. Based on the quality of service relative to the price we paid, I would not recommend this company for cleaning services.
