I was a return customer and hired them to install two windows, even though their estimate was higher than other companies. Gosh, was I disappointed! They didn't show up the first two times they promised and when they finally came, the two installers -- Noah and Jay -- did very sloppy work. The grids are crooked and they left the place a mess. After cleaning up the mess myself, I called the manager, who promised to send them back out again to finish the job correctly. They never showed up and I never heard from the manager again. Once they had my money, they ghosted me. More than $600 down the drain! I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for windows. After this latest experience, I will never consider using Glassbusters again. read more

I had to replace my back sliding glass door after my dog had an accident and smashed it. (He's a big dog, and didn't get a scratch). I called around, and this place said they could have my door replaced by the following day. I was able to bring my frame to them and pick up from them instead of having a technician come in, which is a plus that saved me like $200. When the frame was brought in they were actually able fix it that same day! Excellent, fast customer service. AND my door was only $115 when others quoted me $175+. I probably just had the standard basic glass door, but they seem reasonably priced. read more

Mike repaired two broken panes of glass in an aluminum slider window. This was an older window which did not have a square frame and which had deteriorated rubber (for sealing the glass) no longer available because of the age of the window. He did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles resulting a good looking functional window. I would highly recommend GlassBusters Inc. for any of your glass repair needs. read more

We have used this company several times over the course of the last few years. They ended up changing company names to "Mesa Glass" and blamed us for slow payment when they never notified us of the name change and they expected us to just automatically pay it when our company policy states we must have updated insurance forms before paying out. We called them today to schedule service and they are refusing to come out again over a couple hundred dollars that was already paid after months of trying to get them paid even though they never gave us new insurance documents. We spoke with a man named Derek, who blatantly said it was their fault but we will not be servicing your property again and hung up. We will not ever recommend this company again. read more

My first impression of Glassbusters was positive, however it turned into a negative experience after the initial phone conversation . I called for a quote to repair a bedroom window. The quoted cost seemed reasonable and I was told that someone would be out to measure the following Monday, and install that Friday. No one showed up to measure on Monday. I did receive a call Wednesday afternoon to say that they would stop by to measure. Friday came and went without the window being installed. I called Saturday outside of normal business hours and left a message requesting an explanation of why we did not have the window replaced that Friday. No call back. I call back again on Monday to find out when the window will be replaced, only to find out that they had to order the window and that it should arrive Wednesday, and be ready for install by Thursday. Now to the installation. There was broken glass inside and outside the home, and black scuff marks on the interior bedroom wall. The glass on the new window was also smeared with a black, greasy substance. It seems to me that the installation, although functional was half assed, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to friends or colleagues. read more

I just need a sweep for my shower door. Went in and they had it in stock and set me up with one on the spot. Then the price was very reasonable and I was treated like they cared that I came in even for such a minor item. I was a contractor for 35 years and have had a number of good subs and bad ones but I can tell you for sure if I need more windows glass work I will definitely contact them. read more
