I have never had such poor interactions with ANY business. Dean, the owner was a complete FLAKE who finished half the job after being paid $2200 in full. He swindled us with a "pay in full and i will drop the price" scheme which we will never do again. He left us with 5 windows that still need replacement. We also had a 10 year warranty which does us no good in the future when he still didn't even complete the job in the first place. There are sooooo many glass places to do business with and I would strongly urge prospective customers to look elsewhere. We are very sorry to have done business with this man. He truly took our money and ran. Oh, and he loves to use the phrase, " I have been in this business forever, and will work hard to keep your business" but once he gets your money, good luck getting him to complete the work!
