They told me that I come walk in for an appointment but clearly they didn't have the time for me. I've never had a worse manicure experience --- actually worse beauty experience --- ever!! She treated my hands with no care. She split all my nails in half and cut me. All of my nails are brittle and jagged. They were all long and strong and now they are all short about to break. Please don't go here. It was a horrible experience -- I left shaking and crying. And when I told her it hurt and I wanted them long, as I watched her chip my nails, she told me "it's ok". I felt very small, not how you are supposed to feel at the salon!

While getting a pedicure I noticed the empty chairs next to me were NOT sanitized at all between…read moreclients. One girl literally got out of a spa chair, an employee put in the blue soak and filled it back up then called on the next customer. The customer before me had so much dead skin, there was a ring around it and they filled it back up. I tried to tell the customer who sat down but she couldn't understand me. Had I seen that before I wouldn't have gotten a pedicure. Then, the pedicure was 34€ for the spa, a basic scrub of my feet, cut, file, and gel French tip. I'm not sure if that's regular price but it should've included a foot scrub and rub. They try to add extra products (gel, hard builder) to add to the price. They act like gel is the only product they have and know how to use. I definitely won't be back!

After clarifying it, and had what I wanted, the price I paid was much higher than the previous time. They were talking in Vietnamese all the time, which made me felt uncomfortable, because I felt they were talking about me. One nail chipped off on next day. When I returned to fix it, I was asked for 3 euros. Other places do it for free. An other nail chipped off after 1 week. Overall, not satisfied with the service, neither with the brand they work with.
