At the very first appointment she went over the basics, care, cleaning, brushing, etc. I have followed her to any location change she's done throughout the years ever since. She is an amazing and knowledgeable esthetician. I'm not ashamed to admit I had quite the 90s pencil eyebrows look going on when we started out. She let me know in the sweetest yet honest way that my eyebrows needed a change. She is warm, welcoming and easy going. When it comes to scheduling she will do her best to work around your schedule and accommodate you as best she can. The way she does eyelash extensions is a true skill. I constantly get compliments on mine and recommend her to everyone I know. Our appointments always seem to go by in the blink of an eye, whether we are catching up on gossip, having a somewhat therapy session on my personal life or she's letting me catch up on much needed sleep during my lash naps.
