Excellent location, great food, friendly service and reasonably priced. In my opinion it's a winning combination that brings people like me back, over and over again :-))
This is a brewery and Biergarten that has been operating since 1744. Beautiful old buildings surround you as you sit at the Biergarten. It's located away from the main part of town so do take the time to walk here.
The menu is typical German Biergarten style with a range of options. I had the Grünersoße with eggs and fried potato and it was divine. Fresh, light, packed with flavour and the perfect meal for a hot day :-) they have quite the variety of self brewed beer here and I had the Zwicklebier which I really liked.
I would happily come here any day and just enjoy the atmosphere plus the food and drink. Prices are reasonable and you can stretch your euro here a bit :-)) read more
