DO NOT HIRE! We…read morehired Ed and Nancy to photograph our wedding, and unfortunately, the quality of the photos was extremely disappointing. After reviewing our concerns, they acknowledged that the photos were poor quality and initially refunded us $700. Our contract also included a USB containing all of our wedding photos, which we never received. When I contacted Nancy about it, she advised me that it would be better to leave the photos in the online gallery. I trusted her recommendation. However, only a few weeks later, all of our wedding photos were deleted. Nancy later told me that her daughter had accidentally deleted them and agreed to issue a full refund. She then changed her mind and claimed that I had chosen not to receive the USB--even though she was the one who advised me to keep the photos online. We received only 175 photos, many of which were poor quality, repeated two or three times, overly zoomed in, or showed people partially cut out. When I tried printing the photos, it said they were low quality and they would print blurry. We gave them several opportunities to resolve this matter fairly and honor their agreement. Instead, they stopped responding to our emails. Wedding photos are irreplaceable, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.
