If the inside is too overstimulating with the acoustics, you can step outside on the side patio with picnic tables covered with or without umbrellas with a coffee cabana. No need to be concerned about parking if you are a first time visitor. There is parking at the front entrance which faces the broken Expressway.

Bob Yandian was the pastor of this fine congregation for many years to succeeded by his son Rob Yandian. Both have had different directions for the church however one thing remains-keeping God's Word First. You will not get little groups of people here that click together, you get one group of like minded believers reaching out to the community with love. If someone were far from God or in need of a good church home I would recommend Grace Tulsa to them. There is no judgement here, but just love and caring people. I have been impressed and I am excited to see where they go in the future. Service times 8:30 and 11:30 on Sunday.

While growing up at Asbury, this church was so inclusive and welcoming to ALL!!! Unfortunately, today was a terrible experience- I did not know they left the Methodist affiliation until the pastor made it very clear that they do not believe in what the Methodist church believes- which is showing God's love and welcoming all. You don't get to pick and choose who you accept- so basically you don't accept the LGBTQ+ community so you must not accept other ethnicities either- which to be honest- Asbury was never very diverse to begin with but Pastor Darlene being an African American woman and a pastor- I felt Asbury to be very accepting- guess things have massively changed. What a shame. Pastor Andrew Forrest made it very clear by mentioning that is what the LGBTQ+ is not what their church believes in- his words- He made it evident that this church does not welcome all- he even chose to bring politics into the Mother's Day message by mentioning what's happening on college campuses- what a horrible way to tell people what's happening to children and other countries is not relevant or doesn't matter- and that a college commencement is much more important that the lives of those people innocently taken. Does he even know why their are doing this- he sounded so entitled. He was very condescending during his sermon and does this new Asbury not mention scripture? His message made no sense. It's been years since we visited- never again. I wanted to go for Mother's Day. So sad what has happened and how many people are actively listening to these things- sigh.
