The contractor sent by Mr Fix had no apparent experience. He was invited for simple tasks such as hanging a lamp, yet he spent four hours attempting the same task without success. In the end, he damaged a brand new lamp and failed to complete the work. When we asked him to leave he became aggressive.
The contractor also behaved in a rude and aggressive manner in the group WhatsApp chat that included Mr Fix, yet no action was taken.
Mr Fix took zero accountability for this situation. Despite clearly explaining that I was uncomfortable communicating with the contractor after this incident, they repeatedly forced me to deal with him directly.
When I attempted to resolve the issue directly with Mr Fix, they refused to handle it and continued pushing me back to the contractor. To make matters worse, their CEO ultimately told me via WhatsApp to "leave him alone."
This completely defeats the purpose of using a platform like Mr Fix. There is no customer protection, no accountability, and no support when something goes wrong.
