This place is only getting a 2nd star because the owner actually gave me the advertised price. So anyways I was driving and saw that they were giving shampoo and style for $25 so I decided to call and schedule an appointment. I come in on Tuesday and of course my stylist is late. And she tells me during the mid-shampoo that my service will not be $25 as advertised but it will be $35 because I have natural hair she did not tell me any of this on the phone may I add. So as she's blowing out my hair she is doing it without a blow dryer attachment making it a big puffy mess. She flat irons it in big sections and I am left with a big puffy mess I have to go home and straighten it out myself which is adding even more heat and damage to my hair. My stylist name is Tatyana she was inexperienced and I would highly recommend you stay away from her and this shop. read more
