Was so disappointed with there customer service skills. I called to explain my order was incorrect when I was told I hadn't ordered what I had. I explained I had pointed to the specials list of what I wanted and said the deal and the reply I got was " don't point ask"? Where is there manors and customer service skills. The reason I rang was they mixed up my order a few times but I always give the Benefit of the doubt. I am amazed that they speak to customers the way I was spoken to on the phone, whilst they told me I had not ordered what I had indeed ordered. Very unprofessional company and very very rude staff, needless to say I won't be a returning customer. Just appalling altogether! read more
