From our first contact with our amazing coordinator to the final appointment with Dr. Flores, they made our experience calm and insightful. Dr. Flores must be noted as an attentive and insightful doctor. He took pains to take time with us and answer every question and concern we had. I have never had a doctor so committed to the outcome of my treatment. He went several extra miles to procure medications and information for me. DR. Flores made a potentially stressful process calm and actually enjoyable. He is professional yet compassionate and is still vested in my reproductive health. I have never had a doctor who is so caring. For the duration of my treatment stay (3 months total) he stayed in daily communication with me. He never let me feel alone nor did he allow me to stress or worry. From day one I felt confident that no matter the outcome he would do all he could to ensure my husband and I would become parents. For that we are forever grateful. Dr. Flores and our coordinator worked with us hand in hand in choosing the best options for our reproductive journey. With Dr. Flores' help we had an amazing retrieval and successful IVF/ART transfer. We had factors which made me doubtful about the success (age and menopause and fibroids) of our treatment but Dr. Flores continued to encourage me to be positive and to not worry that everything would be O.K. and he was correct. He made sure to not offer false hope or make any false promises because there is no magic to this process it takes commitment and patience and Dr. Flores made sure my husband and I were aware of these facts but he still kept our spirits up and our moral high. We will be returning to FCA for a sibling for our new son and will only be returning to FCA because of the dedication and patience and care of Dr. Flores. We plan to keep him as our doctor for all of my reproductive needs. We have so much faith in him that we have referred 3 sets of couples (our friends) and 3 social media associates to FCA and have included his services in an IVF resource booklet which I wrote while in mexico during my treatment stay... I was so lucky to have Doctor Oscar Flores by my side , guiding and taking care of me so gently that made the whole process such a big success. He and the entire staff were so kind , professional and supportive throughout my entire medical procedure.
