We were cash buyers and the homeowner was packed and ready to drive to their new destination thousands of miles away. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and pushy. To make a very long story short, she lied to our realtor when he asked her to do a follow up with the seller because all of the remotes and manuals were accidentally packed by the moving company. When asked about this she said "We contacted the seller, and unfortunately, he has not been successful in finding the remotes. We think they may have been tossed out by the movers." I contacted the other associate she works with and he was very nice and helpful and we just received all of the remotes and paperwork from the seller, almost 3 months after we closed on the property. We will never recommend her to anyone and we will of course never use this person for any real estate needs. I have bought and sold many properties over the past 50 years and I have never experienced such a rude and unhelpful realtor.
