Gina will change your life! I thank the universe every day for my friend recommending her to my husband and I when we were trying to find our first home. She has the greatest connections for anything that you need for before, during, and after buying a home- as well as renting! It is immediately apparent how experienced and passionate she is about this industry, and it is a huge advantage to YOU! We found a place we loved, and she jumped into action without missing a beat. I can CONFIDENTLY say that we would still be stuck in our crammed apartment right now if it weren't for her, and her only! My husband and I are pretty novice with the process of buying, and now maintaining. Gina always came through with an answer or recommendation for what we may need. I will be recommending her to everyone I know until I am dead and gone! THANK YOU GINA read more

WOW what can i say... Gina is beyond an amazing real estate agent but an exceptional expert in the real estate field. I knew she was the on when I viewed her Instagram account as she was posting the current trends in the market, tutorials on how to stage and landscaping appeal to both buyers/sellers. I was truly educated and kept my pulse on the market and inventory from her posts. I had a relocation situation and wanted to buy within a 60 day timeline. I viewed and went full force into finding a perfect place in a short time during market highs and inflations. Gina made it seamless and put properties on my radar that fit what I was looking for. I was so excited when I made an offer on my first property and Gina was there every step of the way. Let me tell you that there are other agents and escrow people out there that are NOT Great at their job and do not care for other people or the bottom line. I was shocked. We had to bail on my first escrow due to hidden structural defects that the other agent and team did not disclosed. That put me behind schedule but Gina came through and pulled the perfect place for us! We viewed and fell in love. She has the knowledge to look past how the properties are staged and what can be done/upgraded or changed with all the amazing resources to get it done in a affordable and a timely manner. Not only does she continue to offer help and be part of the process (even AFTER i've lived in our new place for a month) but continues to at the top of her game and the only person I trust in this industry! She will be the ONLY agent i EVER have for LIFE!!! read more

I had the opportunity to work with Gina in purchasing my first home in a Silverlake and it was an absolute pleasure. She is professional, knowledgeable of the market and the different areas and goes above and beyond to explain the process. When I couldn't be in CA for inspections she was there to make sure everything ran smoothly and then reviewed all the findings. Gina took time to know the style of home I was looking for and not waste my time running from open house to open house, but did an incredible job pre-selecting for me to maximize the time I had when in California. She know the market well and was great at communicating the next steps in the process of buying a home. read more

Gina just helped me buy my first house and was SO knowledgable, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. She took the time to really listen and understand what it was that I was looking for and went with me to see countless different houses. She clearly and effectively explained every step of the way, answered my millions of questions, and helped calm my nerves when I would get anxious. Gina really went above and beyond to help get me a great house at a great price in this crazy LA market! I am so grateful to have worked with her for the biggest purchase of my life. Gina just helped us buy our first house and was amazing at walking us through the process! As much of a nightmare LA real estate can be, Gina always had a strategy to make us stand out as first time buyers. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone whether they are a first time buyer or experienced real estate owner. Her knowledge of the LA market is unmatched! read more

Gina was a dream to work with! We are millennials who assumed we'd never buy a house because costs are so high and the market is so competitive, but Gina's brilliance and professionalism made it happen. Gina was very patient and communicative with us as first-time buyers; she answered every question we had (there were a lot) and walked us through each process very clearly. She took us on tons of house tours and kept us motivated, as we assumed we'd be looking for ~1 year. However, we found a house in about two months -- the first offer we made was accepted, and it wasn't even the highest! She held our hand through the stress of escrow and went to bat for us when needed. Thanks to Gina's sharp real estate skills, we got a house we LOVED when we assumed we'd have to settle. I'd recommend Gina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater LA area -- especially if it's your first time. read more

Gina helped me find and purchase my first home, $15k below asking. I found her to be very trustworthy, honest and dependable. She took her time to walk me through the documents that I needed to sign and explained to me the importance of each one. She strongly encouraged me to really read each document, so I fully understood what my signature meant. Of course I did just that and came up with questions along the way which she promptly addressed. I highly recommend Gina and am so happy she was my agent. Thank you so much Gina for all of your time and effort. I'm grateful for you! read more

I had worked with Gina previously at Investment Firm where she ran the IRA department. Gina was extremely well-respected and liked at that company due to her abilities, professionalism, and consistency in always delivering impressive results. She made the switch to real estate a while back and I think everyone who knows her, knew she would excel in real estate and be an outstanding resource for themselves as well for friends and family with any real estate needs. The opportunity hadn't presented itself to work with Gina again until recently. My wife was open to Gina's help with her parents condo that they were undecided within leasing or selling. We contacted Gina for help and from the beginning she was on top of everything. She is a pleasure to work with from her communication, personality, and attitude. We decided with her help to pursue both paths and make a decision from there. Gina has a great understanding of all aspects with real estate, people, and considers any situation from all angles. We ended up selling the condo with multiple offers within the first couple days on the market. The thing that made this experience outstanding was Gina and her services wasn't getting offers right away and her services up to that point it was from the moment the offers came in and until the escrow was closed. A lot of moving parts and items that come up and need to be addressed to get things to the finish line. Gina is proactive, helpful, and foreseeing things might come up that could delay or prevent the deal from closing. Gina does things the right way and doesn't drop balls. You will be very happy with Gina in your real estate corner. read more

Gina's patience and kindness were extremely comforting at the beginning of the search for our first home. A trusting relationship grew effortlessly. When Gina found us the perfect home that met every single one of our needs and wants she did not hesitate to shift into high gear for us. To say that she did absolutely Everything she could to make our dream a reality is an understatement. At the same time, she held us back from running on our emotions and making costly mistakes. OMG! Couldn't have sold my father's house without her. She makes everything easy-peasy, and I need that (paperwork, gah! I'd rather rip my own head off). What's more, she had a very comprehensive plan of attack, did not rush any important decisions - though she kept things moving - was ALWAYS there for questions and any hand-holding needed. And is a pleasant person to deal with. Absolutely topnotch! read more

I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Gina. I was assisting my daughter with purchasing her first home this past spring and fortunately my daughter knew of Gina's reputation and got her involved at the outset. Due to Gina's knowledge, efficiency, energy and patience my daughter was able to successfully purchase her dream house in this crazy market of overbidding and low inventory. My daughter and I discussed with Gina the price range, general location and other features she preferred in a house. Within a few days Gina lined up several appointments to see homes in the areas we preferred and she quickly formed an understanding of my daughter's preferences as well as advising us what needed to be completed in order to make a successful offer. Soon after, a house came on the market that Gina thought we'd like and she immediately made arrangements for us to view it. We loved the house and Gina quickly prepared a detailed offer. Several other offers were made on this house, well above listing price, but my daughter's offer was accepted with a short escrow and she is now the proud owner of the house she loves. Gina responded to questions immediately and was professional and on top of everything at all times. She was diligent and extremely knowledgeable and referred us to a great lender and excellent inspectors. With so many offers made this past spring above listing price we felt defeated just as we began. Gina was so positive and uplifting that she turned a negative into a positive. I highly recommend Gina Corso to everyone! read more

Hi! This was my first time working with Gina as my agent for both selling my valley village property and buying a new Santa Monica property. The timing seemed to work out perfectly - within 6 weeks we were able to find a perfect spot in Santa Monica, close escrow, and get a buyer into escrow for Radford within 21 days! Both processes were very effortless because Gina has all hands on deck at all times. The proper expectations were set and there were no surprises after the fact. read more

Gina is an AMAZING realtor. She helped us buy a condo with our daughter. She connected us with a great mortgage broker, and knew other (available!) quality partners to get us through the inspections. She explained all the paperwork, and made sure we understood our deadlines. She helped us negotiate a good price, and made sure to guide us as the inspection results came in - how to best leverage the findings. She was incredible about getting back to us, and was a clear and consistent communicator. She understands the market very well and will guide you to your best outcome! When things looked dicey near the end, she was clear about not doing the purchase unless the right answers were coming back to us. I really appreciated that she was clearly putting us first! In fact, I don't know how her commission covered the amount of time she put in to help us. Pick Gina, you will be glad you did! read more

Gina is a PRO! She helped me get my first condo at a great price by setting up a viewing before it was even on the market. Because of that, I was able to get the buyer to agree to pay the asking price and didn't have to get into a bidding war! Then throughout the entire escrow process, Gina took the time to explain everything to me and even handled all the meetings with inspectors because I was too busy at work during the day. She's amazing - you couldn't do any better!! read more
