If an old timer were to come to town and was asking for a core gym this is definitely the place. This place has no classes, no mumbo jumbo just four floors of weights and machines. No crossfit tendencies, no new lame system just proven free weights and a place lift them freely. I will tell you that the equipment is not new but is well kept and very functional if you want to work anything on your body there should be the machine to do so or if you are a purist and need dumbbells and barbells there's tons of that like I said its 4 story building. If you wanna look cool going to a brand name gym with upsell everywhere and paying outrageous fees this is not the place but if you just want to put!p some iron and get shredded with out breaking the bank this is the place for you. If competitive builder came to town he would love this place. Pros: tons of weights, friendly family staff, 4 floors! Only true hard core gym in Leon. Cons: Shower is $10.
