We were told to sit in chairs that had no service signs taped to them. One lady filled both basins and got to work on my friends feet. My feet sat in the water for so long the water became cold and my toes were raisins. After an hour of sitting and waiting for service, I decided not to get a pedicure here. My friend finished hers and the color is cute but she thinks she'll get an ingrown toenail from the way the nail tech dug at her nails. Seems like they treat their regular walk ins well.

But for an extra $5 I could have a gel pedicure as well...=$50 right when the manager/owner was finishing up my pedicure a gentleman came to the door for a haircut... She dumped me like a bad habit to go take care of him and left me with the senior employee still working on my fills... filing my right hand, and started the left hand, about the same time my pedicure ended. I never saw the sign on the wall... Because I was the whisked into a chair right away, upon entry of the front door. I was the only customer and there were two employees. The owner? Manager? Did my pedicure and the senior employee began to work on my manicure/fill. When I mean senior... She must've been 65 years or older... I applaud employers for providing equal opportunities for all. But it is time for this lady to hang up her emery board and drill. Her vision wasn't great, she chopped up my cuticles, Painted fuzzies into my polish, it took her an 1 hour 30 minutes for a fill & polish... never mind that I asked for a trim. When I finally made it to the check out to pay, I inquired why I was charged an extra $7 for a gel pedicure. That wasn't a deal. The manager/owner got very combative. Any place I have ever gone 90% of the time will give you Cuticle oil for your manicures/fills... Standard pedicures usually come with some type of a light exfoliating wash, Usually it's orange and citrusy. When I showed the owner/manager my pedicure... The one she gave me...She said I had to pay extra for callus removal... I didn't have any calluses on my feet. My feet looked better, before I even entered that place. Now they look tore up... i'm surprised I didn't come out of there with bunions too!!! I definitely will never go back to that place. I think the health department needs to review this place.
