When I finally had it I cut ties with his company and after speaking with him over the phone before the conversation was over he hung up on me. So, on to the cleaning crew. I am the Branch Manager of a finance company and have used CNR for about 1 & 1/2 years. During that time all I could rely on was that they would take out the trash. They only missed two cleaning during the time span which I appreciated. They rarely mopped the hard surfaces and I had to put specific notes out to ask them to clean! ie. desks, floor, bathrooms, chairs. All of which was in their contract! The last straw was when the crew started using my equiptment. September 2013 I purchased a microwave for my office staff out of my own pocket NOT the company funds and after only 3 days it was burnt up by charred popcorn. The smell wouldnt go away and I called Eric furious! He promised he would pay me back for the microwave so I emailed him the receipt and he told me he deducted it from the cleaners pay. Guess what... I was never paid back! Then just May 21st 2014 the cleaner plugged a USB cable into my computer which I assume they were charging their phone. Who knows, they could have loaded a virus or worse tried to steal information on my computer. I immediately changed the locks. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR OFFICE!
