They are very helpful, the first time I went to the shop, I called in on the off chance expecting to get a simple bunch of flowers and have left the shop 10 minutes later with a very expensive looking tied bouquet. The prices are very reasonable, and they do flowers for all occasions. As the shop is located in Rose Green, it is possible to park along the road right outside the shop.
