While Trey helped me switch my service from ATT to T-Mobile Erica graciously assisted a man that walked into the store. Erica offered to help him but he said he had never been in a T-Mobile store before and just wanted to browse. I must say this person that walked into the store made me feel uneasy. I felt he was there to rob the store or do something sinister. Please do what you can to make sure your customers and your staff feel safe from strangers. I rate my service and your staff with the highest rate possible. Glad I spent my money and changed my service.
