I would tend to disagree with the above reviews, I have used this salon among others and found this…read moreto be one of the worst I have ventured into, I do not have a regular hairdresser as I have only lived in Boston two years now. I can honestly say the service was slow and handled in a poor manner, for something that normally took around 20 minutes took well over an hour. I must point out that the girls seemed friendly enough yet there was a total lack of management in the team there. The salon is old and tired looking service is slow, I do not think I will be using them again unless I am in great need and everywhere is fully booked.

I was appalled at the cleanliness of the place and felt awkward whilst waiting for my hair to dry due to a tense atmosphere, it was very off putting. I usually have someone come to my house to cut my hair, but due to building works on my extension I had to come out into town, and Heads & Faces was the only Salon available (now I know why). I am sure there were some remarks made about me whilst I was in there, yet I felt embarassed enough so I didn't say anything. I did tell my husband about this and he said I was silly to use a salon that was not established and I should of waited. You definitely learn by your mistakes!
