I needed boxes from a recent move thrown away and after chatting with Rose, I was able to get an appointment the next day. Please note, you will need to download their app and pay prior to them confirming an appointment. Truthfully, I hesitated at first because I usually pay for services after they are completed. Additionally, until today I've never used this business and there were no reviews (I'm the first!). But Rose reassured me and sent me the link of the business from AZ, via Yelp, with reviews. I also googled on my own. At that point I felt better and I took a chance. I'm glad I did! They came right on time and within twenty minutes my garage was clear of boxes! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars? There are some issues with the app that need to be resolved. For example, I gave the driver instructions on entering my community, etc via their app and a few minutes prior to the appointment, I received a message from the driver, the owner, customer service etc. asking for instructions to enter the gate. Although I already provided it. Then about twenty minutes after the driver completed his job and left, I received an automated text saying that they driver had just arrived. Huh? Nonetheless great service, willing to help, fair pricing. App just needs more work. Will I use again? Yes!
