I think this might be the second review I have ever done. GiGi is THAT awsome. I called GiGi days in advance to make sure we had a ride from the airport to Beau Rivage. I will say I was concerned that he was not going to show up when I needed him. The evening before we were to arrive in MS, he called to confirm that he would be there AND told me it was very cold there so we should bring warm clothes. How sweet is that? He was waiting for my sister and I at Gulfport Airport, like he said he would be. He helped with our bags He stopped so I could pick up cupcakes before the hotel. We told GiGi we would call him with the info to get us from the hotel back to airport. In the meantime, my entire family needed a ride from BR to another casino. Valet summoned a cab for all 6 of us. Guess who it is? GIGI. When he dropped us off, GiGi told us he was going home but he gave us the card of someone else he recommended we call. Theresa, of Theresa's Taxi, was also very wonderful. And she RAVED about GiGi and how he was the nicest taxi owner out there. We gave GiGi our info for when we were leaving MS. GiGi was prompt and picked us up from the hotel and got us back to the airport. He is kind and personable and full of fun facts about the Biloxi area. We are planning another trip to Biloxi next year and GiGi will be on speed dial! read more
