With an event coming up next week and getting branded balloons on my list of things to do, I contacted them for a quote, which I received within a reasonable amount of time. Agreeing on the costs with my manager, I contacted them again to get some proofs sent over before signing off; getting in touch was hard enough, and alarm bells should have rung, but I managed to get through eventually. Despite being as clear as I could be - I am no balloon expert, after all - I had to go back and forth numerous times regarding colours and designs. A promise was made for proofs on Tuesday morning and, although I explained the urgency of our situation from the beginning, I'm yet to receive anything. For reference, we have since contacted another company who provided a quote, proofs and sent colour samples via first class post to me, all within 24 hours. Good prices but only work with them if you have time on your hands.

I ordered printed balloons from the balloon shop for an event at our shop. The quote came back to…read moreus promptly, however everything else was downhill from this point. Payment was taken for the balloons and I was told they would arrive the day before the event, they did not!! nor the next day .....four days after the event and no balloons!! Despite numerous telephone calls, nothing arrived. I have since spoke to the owner who tells me that the print shop is a separate operation and that she is having several problems with them. She was extremely friendly and apologetic and issued a full refund, she also said she would get an explanation ......the printers said "we just haven't done them!!" So needless to say, I cannot recommend this company for balloon printing ....unless you don't actually want to receive the balloons!!!
