It was super easy for me to make the appointment on her website. As my appointment time approached, it was right at the start of covid-19 orders so she gave a contactless option which was easy for us to work with. Nicole did a much more thorough job on our taxes and took the time to explain many things to us. She also found issues with our previous tax returns that we will be rectifying with her in the coming months. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I absolutely plan to use her in the future. So glad I finally found an accountant I can trust!

I caught the 2015 and had to pay someone else to amend after calling, emailing and stalking his office with no contact of WIlliam Smith. Now my 2016 returns are being withheld because I didn't know he messed up my 2014 too. He also messed up my mothers returns too. This guy needs to be held accountable. I hope he is not still practicing.

I do NOT recommend this place for your tax return needs…read more They used the wrong account information for our direct deposit even though we told them more than once that the bank account they had on file was no longer active. We even opted for the quick return so we could have our return in about a week, now we have to wait for the bank to reject the deposit, return the money to the IRS, and have the IRS mail us a paper check. What should have been a week is now going to take an extremely long time, this is money we were depending on. When we brought this error to their attention they had a "oh well" attitude, I understand nothing can be done but even the slightest bit of sympathy for them Fing up my finances for the foreseeable future would have been nice. Just absolutely no effort to right the wrong from them. If you feel like waiting extra extra long for your tax return this is the place to use!
