Time was a crucial factor in my case and I came into their office without an appointment. December is a busy time for law offices and I didn't expect that business must stop for my needs, but I was very surprised at how I was treated. I introduced myself and stated the type of case I had, which was something they specialized in. Her response was very short and unprofessional. I was turned away without the chance of even making an appointment. When stating that my case was time sensitive and would like to at least attempt an appointment, I was told that they really couldn't help in that case. This was as she turned around and scowled at me. I was unfairly judged and never given an opportunity for consultation. As a courtesy, a law office who may not have time for your case will at least provide a referral to a lawyer that may be able to assist. For all I know he may be an amazing lawyer, but his staff is not professional.
