We had stopped by the day before to make sure they had availability, and they took the initiative and got our bikes set up for the next day before we showed up. We were ready to go in minutes. Every single person that works here was helpful and welcoming. If you're considering renting bikes in Quebec, this is the place.

The staff fit…read morethe bike to us and we cycled all over Quebec City - out to the Wendat First Nations Museum, out to Montmorency Falls, along the St. Lawrence River and out to St. Michel de Bellechasse - a darling town with world-class gelato. We have taken our tandem on a airplane before - this was so much better! Rental was reasonable. We reserved ahead but staff were flexible when our plans unfortunately had to change (I rode a single the first week when my partner couldn't get away). Staff went all out to make sure we had a wonderful visit. Cyclo provided well-fitting helmets, a lock, and bungie cords. Cycling is a great way to see this beautiful part of the world.
