Trust me I have had to get gas every day since the hurricanes for our generator and have been to all of the gas stations in town. No one has EVER underpriced 1st Stop. They are also now taking credit cards post hurricanes. - Very well stocked and clean convenience store with a hot food to go section in the back. They even have a out door patio area to eat your grub. - customer service here is very fast, friendly and helpful - Location! If you're going anywhere in St. Thomas you'll pass this street. The not so great: - Because a lot of people come here for the convenience store and to go food everyone congregates on that patio area and then chats with friends and family in cars getting gas which hold up the line to get gas. The lot is also smaller so it can get tricky to maneuver through when a few people are just gabbing away in the middle of the driveway. So annoying and this is why 1st stop lost a star. Maybe an employee can stand outside and move along traffic and people when there are a lot of customers? Please get someone out there, the hubby and I have actually decided to leave and go across the street to gas giant to pay for more expensive gas a few times because of this.

We have to…read moreget gas almost daily to keep our generator going for our house and we prefer to come here for the customer service we get from the security guard hired to watch the station. He'll pump gas for you and places your gas containers into your car which is super helpful. The cashiers on the other hand are bizarre. You can go through an entire transaction and they will not say a word. I guess it's not as bad as someone being rude to you, but if you don't want to talk to people why work in a customer service position? These days they sometimes run out of regular so be prepared to get premium if you are unwilling to drive to the next gas station and the credit card system here is hit or miss (based off of internet connection), some days it's working some days it's not so make sure you have cash. They are still operating their dine in fast food section of delicious pizzas and fried chicken but don't have ice cream and a lot of cold products anymore as the distributor stopped providing it since the hurricanes hit. A bonus is the pump to air up your tires is also working again (one of the only ones we could find operating on island) and it's free so come here. #St.Thomas #USVI

All gas stations on St. Thomas are like this and it's such a pain to deal with at this location! We've only stopped here when we have had no other choice because of the attendants that go MIA. It's close to Tutu mall and the major shopping errand area for us in central St. Thomas so it's got the location going for it as well as decent pricing on premium gas but other than that it's got nothing else. There is no convenience store and it can get packed and tricky with navigating out because it sits on THE busiest 4 way intersection on St. Thomas. Now that the traffic lights aren't working in the area due to the 2 hurricanes it's a cluster F free for all, so be careful! I'd drive up a few more minutes to Bonjour to get gas next to splash and dash. At least their gas attendants stay awake!

I stopped in today for a snack and to use the restroom. The restroom was locked, so I asked for a…read morekey. The young girl at the register was very rude when I asked. She said it was closed due to covid-19. I know of no other station that has closed their restrooms because of covid. When you drive 50 some miles, you need a restroom break. I thought it was a law that if you sell food and beverages that you had to provide at least a porta potty. Plus she did not have to be rude, as I was very polite while asking. What is wrong with the younger generation? They have no manners. I will not go back.
