If Dmitriy thinks you're going to act in a way you could be non-compliant with the IRS rules, he will tell you. If you push it, he will make it clear to you that the IRA is not to be toyed with. He is the person you need to navigate these rules. I have seen companies with excellent customer service. Sense Financial, however, has the Single. Best. And Consistently Best Customer service I have experienced. His support team as well have Always Been on point. The wealth of knowledge on the client portal is copious, well organized, and detailed, but written and organized in a way that's easy to follow. For some reason I thought of it as less precessional or personable. However I I couldn't have been more wrong. The gentleman who helped me was waiting patiently for me to arrive and I was the last appointment of the night. We sat down and got to business. I had been dreading doing this for months. I was an independent contractor in 2013 and didn't pay taxes all year. So that meant one BIG payment for me when tax time came around. After about an hour with my tax man he showed me my payment and I nearly threw up. It was so cheap! I couldn't believe all the write off's and breaks he got me. I will admit it wasn't cheap to see him but he saved me so much I would gladly have paid him double! Seriously H&R Block is now my go to for taxes. I'm booking my fiancé an appointment tomorrow.
