Once there the wait time was minimal and the people working there were friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is they cannot bill CZ insurance directly so I will have to file a claim. They are however able to bill some other insurance companies directly.

They have forms in English, btw. I felt really appreciated, safe and grateful throughout the whole process. The process is very different from the one I went through in the US. First you must call the 0800 number to be screened. If all goes well you make an appointment so they can take blood samples and further interview you to ensure you're eligible to donate. If all that goes well you get a letter telling you you can donate within 2 weeks. I think it took about 1.5 months from my initial call till I got my letter. Totally worth it to help save lives :)
