This is a review of my personal experience with Laura at Getwellness.
I currently work full time 9-5.30, am a volunteer basketball coach coaching on average 7-10 hours per week and still play twice a week, I train aerobically 2 to 3 mornings per week and try to squeeze in 2 weights sessions a week. I sometimes skip meals or eat very late on a evening and had started to feel I was on a low ebb. I got in touch with Laura after seeing a friend like her facebook page so wondered if she could come up with any solutions, as I felt my body wasn't receiving the right or enough of the right fuel. After a pleasant consultation (where I was made to feel very relaxed and at ease) we came up with a plan which did involved some supplements/meal replacements but was mainly based around the types of food which would be best for me to eat on training days, game days etc. A plan which Laura has monitored and adjusted for me a couple of times.
I am very happy with my progress, I am sleeping better, have more colour to my skin, I am more regular and generally feel better in myself. I was never made to think supplements would be an easy option or the only option and am happy that
I would say although Getwellness does distribute Herbalife, this was secondary to the advice Laura gave me. I was very impressed with her CV and found her to be very personable and understanding of the real world and the time constraints that come with a busy schedule! read more
