You can tell he's a hard worker and cares of this line of work. They give you a paper afterwards that explains to you the low requirements of maintenance the next week after your appointment. Informs you to not roll down your windows for 3-5 days, and don't roll down the window if they're not fully defrosted.. Can not recommend them enough.
