My wife and I had planned a surprise family photo during the Holiday's and paid an upfront $250 fee. While knowing this was non-refundable, Mother Nature decided for the first time since 1926 to snow on Christmas and with several sick family members and icy roads our photo shoot was not going to happen. Virgila has refused to refund the money and has been unwilling to compromise on a situation that was out of our control. While she seemed to gracefully offer up an extension, the fact is the family would not be together within a 30 day time frame. For us, as customers, we have lost out on everything, a prized family photo, $250, and countless back and forth - waiting for Virgila to make sure that you are on "her" time. As a business person I understand the importance of customer service. Virgila plays by her rules and unfortunately in a day and age where our lives and schedules are so busy it's amazing that she would be unwilling to compromise.
