The best part is that after they do the job the first time, they provide a follow up service the next year (as part of the original cost) to come back and address any re-occuring plants. Quite prompt service originally, and the follow ups have been quite responsive as well. I don't know how these guys do it! In the past when I have tried to do this I wore full body protective gear and still wound up with rashes. Chris and his guys just wear pants, sweatshirts, and some gloves. The quote was reasonable and he said he'd be here the next day, so I took him up on his offer. To his credit, the 2 trees were cut down and the 3rd tree was trimmed within 2 days. However, it has been over 2 months of abysmal communication trying to figure out when he will be back to grind the stumps from the trees he cut down as well as clean up additional debris. When I was able to get a hold of him, he'd say he would be here on a certain day and then he wouldn't show up and won't respond to messages.

Funny how easy they try to get out of completing a job. I'd love to see this contract he says that he has and see if it matches the little receipt we have.
