Upon arrival, we checked in, got a jumper bracelet from the lady at the party check in. Additional jumpers filled out wavers, bought socks and jumped to their hearts content. Visited from Las Vegas. Get Air did not point out that I accidentally purchased five kid tickets online but has three kids jumping, they refused to refund the difference in over payment, or allow me to come back on a different day to jump. Staff were overwhelmed, unfriendly and bathrooms were filthy. Safe to say we will never come back. read more

I am not sure his exact title, but Kirk with get Air Sports is amazing. From a customer perspective, he keeps the environment safe and fun for children of all ages. He is always so friendly and seems to genuinely care that everyone is having a good time when they are there. From a community perspective, he is always willing to make donations that supports school/community events. It is always nice to see someone who actually seems to enjoy what they do. read more

I take my clients here for their reward days and they always love it! I personally appreciate the friendliness of the owner and the cleanliness (every time I've been here I've seen one or more employees cleaning). Lots of great activity spots to keep kids of all ages and cognitive levels busy and having fun. Plus, their guardians are always happy when I take them home exhausted from all the running and jumping! The price is actually fairly decent when you think about the entirety of the cost for a business like this ($14 for an hour, $7 for any additional hours). read more

Our kids had a terrific time! This was our first visit and it was well worth the effort. The facility is very big and full of excitement. The staff were all very friendly whenever we interacted with them. There are many different areas to play on or in depending on age and size of the kids. It was all very safe and I had no worries of injury. Our kids kept a smile on their face the entire time. It was about as expensive as the movie theater which I won't go to because of that reason but this is an unusual type of entertainment so I'm glad I tried it and enjoyed the experience. So I payed for a birthday party here for my daughter. Everything was good until it came to us receiving our pizza and having to deal with plates. Some of the adults sat at the table next to it which wasn't going to be used. We took plates off the table next to us which wasn't also being used and our host "Lila" had the biggest problem with us doing it. Saying she would charge us for all 3 tables for taking plates, the adults sitting at the other table. But first off she didn't even check in half the kids that came because she was standing around talking to people she knew. She never asked us if we needed plates, didn't check on us once, and then proceeded to throw a hissy fit when she seen us grab the other plates. She was a terrible host and when we went to talk to the manager about it "Lila" was standing there smiling, basically laughing at our face with the faces she was making. I did not tolerate this and was quick to say how she was snickering and she claimed she was just "smiling to be kind" which she wasn't at all. Glad I know the main person who runs this so I can report it to him ASAP about how she acted with us. She was a very disrespectful and rude lady. This is not the kind of people that should be working a birthday party. read more

We went at about 330pm on Saturday the 18th of March. We walked up and there was trash on the ground outside the door, there were people smoking directly in front of the door but, went in anyway. The line was about 25 people long! There were already SO MANY PEOPLE jumping, big kids, little ones, adults. I had my 16 month old with me and my 11 and 9 year olds, we all decided it was too chaotic. The place was SO dirty and smelled disgusting. All of those people in there with no fresh air? It was gross, the tables and floors and windows were dirty and goobery. Will try one more time, but my kids didn't even want to stay and they begged to go. read more

This place is fun for kids. I recommend it for ages 8-13. Even though the hour-long jump time sounds like nothing, it FEELS like an eternity when you are tired after bouncing, and bouncing, and bouncing! Definitely try it out. read more
